We would like to start our review with a thank you to our long-time employee, Mr. Kaspaschek, who is retiring on February 1´st, 2024. During the many years in our company, we have always trusted the results of his work. On behalf of the entire MS team, we would like to thank Mr. Kaspaschek and, above all, wish him good health. At the same time, we are pleased to welcome two new young employees to our team after completing their vocational training.
It is with great pride that we would like to announce that we have received another order from Allied Timbers Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd. This is the third sawmill ordered by one of Zimbabwe’s largest timber companies. Since 2014, when we delivered the first sawmill to Allied Timbers, our machines have proven to be extremely robust and powerful in difficult working conditions. We would like to thank you very much for your trust. When the sawmill is shipped, the learning materials and toys for the kindergarten on the Allied Timbers premises, which we have supported since 2022, should of course not be missing. We will start working through the wish list agreed with kindergarten care immediately.
After long and careful preparatory work, a medium-sized company from the Cluj region/Romania placed the order to supply a sawmill from our production. As a preliminary cut, the customer chose a circular saw with two-spindle type DBS-350. Our world-famous saw completely convinced the customer with its heavy construction and performance. The customer chose a tried-and-tested MBS from our large range of multi-blade circular saws. This machine has been in use in our production and in dozens of countries around the world for over 30 years – the machine embodies reliability, performance and robustness “Made in Germany”. Various mechanizations such as cross conveyors, roller conveyors and an automatic feed and centering equipment EZV are included in the scope of delivery. A volume calculator completes the order. We have already delivered the first trucks to the customer and are looking forward to our collaboration.
A medium-sized sawmill from the Westerwald/Germany has been part of our customer base for over 15 years. We are therefore particularly pleased about the customer’s decision to order two of our machines again. The customer selected a powerful resawing saw type HNS for his sawmill. With a cutting height of 200 mm and a cutting width of 750 mm, it leaves nothing to be desired. The customer also ordered a high trimming and rip saw with two movable bushes type HDS-2. With over 500 different programmed cutting options, a cutting height of 160 mm and a clearance width of 810 mm, the saw is extremely variable. We are pleased about such a valuable order and thank you for your trust!
