At RIEGLER Holzschlägerungen GmbH from Austria, the construction of the new sawmill is progressing. In October we completed the assembly and commissioning of a new sawing line. The system is based on a two-spindle circular saw DBS-450 and a multiple-blade circular saw MBS. The various mechanization for the internal processes are also included in the scope of delivery. This is already the second line that we have delivered to RIEGLER Holzschlägerungen GmbH. In the first phase, a fully automatic log sorting line RSA was set up in the summer. In September we delivered a powerful two-spindle multiple circular saw HNS-2 with a cutting height of 220 mm to Drvometalija d.o.o. delivered from Bregana/Croatia. We have adapted our standard HNS-2 to customer requirements. Drvometalija d.o.o. is one of our regular customers and the HNS-2 is already the second MS machine for DRVOMETALIJA. We are pleased that our machines fully meet the expectations and requirements of the company DRVOMETALIJA in machines “Made in Germany”. In October we delivered two multiple circular cross-cut saw with continuous feed type MAS to two German sawmills. Both machines were customized and built to customer specifications. The MAS series is designed for the exact cross-cutting in the mass production. The machine is characterized by a very robust and stable construction, thanks to the infinitely variable feed and the precise support positioning, the machine can be individually adjusted.
After a woodworking company from Thessaloniki/Greece visited us in May 2022 and our employee visited the sawmill on site, an order was placed for a high-performance 2-spindle circular saw type DBS-450. With its sophisticated technology and excellent performance, the DBS fully convinced the customer. This will be the first DBS in Greece. In total, we have delivered the DBS-450 to 17 (!) countries since 2015. A wood task is also part of the scope of delivery of this order.
Our presence in Zimbabwe is constantly growing. MS machines have been in operation at numerous local sawmills for years and have proven to be very powerful and reliable in the difficult working conditions. Border Timbers Limited, one of the largest timber companies in Zimbabwe, has therefore chosen us as their supplier. Our service and technical support, as well as fast delivery of spare parts, provided additional arguments for the decision. We are very proud of it.
We will manufacture a complete sawing line. The sawing system consists of a high-performance circular saw type DBS-450 and a high-performance multiple-blade circular saw type HNS-2. Both machines work as 2-spindle saws. In addition, 2 high-performance multiple-blade circular saws type MBS are planned for recutting and trimming. Various mechanizations also belong to this sawing system. The sawmill is planned for the production of various sawn goods with a daily volume of up to 300 cubic meters.
