At the beginning of the year, MS Maschinenbau delivered an automatic re-cutting system to a sawmill in Brandenburg. With this demanding task, we were able to demonstrate our many years of experience in plant construction. The Brandenburg sawmill produces and supplies various wood products throughout Germany.
The customer wanted to significantly increase the productivity of their existing log band saw line. After the planning talks, the customer accepted our proposal and decided to install a resaw system. Despite a relatively short delivery time, we were able to complete a high-performance HNS series resaw with a 160 kW saw motor and various mechanization for the automatic process on schedule, assemble it in January and put it into operation.
