A renowned pallet manufacturer from Northern Germany placed an order with us for a MAS multi-cut cross-cut saw. This traditional company, with over 100 years of history, is based in Asendorf, employs over 70 people, and is now run by the fifth generation. After a thorough market survey, management chose our offering, primarily due to our ability to develop customized solutions for customer-specific requirements.

We will develop and build a cross-cut saw for this Northern German company that cuts boards of various lengths. The saw will have six saw supports and a total cutting length of 6,100 mm. Of particular note is that five of the six saw supports can be individually moved by gear motors and lowered pneumatically. The control system, developed by our long-standing partner SEW, allows for numerous custom settings, both for individual supports and for a combination of five movable supports, taking the kerfs into account.
