Log sorting systems RSA
By precisely log sorting, the sawyer take decisive influence on the timber yields. Our system is provided for an automatic operation, ie the timber log feeder, the length and thickness identification and the ejection into the appropriate sorting boxes automatically. The strength measurement is calclated by a light curtain with 1,0 mm resolution and the timber length with 200 measurements per second. The feed rate of the system is by default 30 m/min. But we are guided custom also to higher speeds, just like the wood lengths. We also build lines for sorting logs up to 1 m in diameter.
The log sorting system, type RSA, can sort up to 1,000 m3 of round log in an 8-hour shift precisely and customer-oriented!
