Geopolitical tensions and tariff disputes continue to pose major challenges for the European wood-processing industry. Many German and European sawmills are currently postponing their investment projects. This makes it all the more important to understand the specific requirements of our customers and to offer solutions that are both technically and economically sustainable.

We are therefore particularly pleased to have received a major order from a renowned German sawmill for the supply of a mechanization system for roundwood handling. The decisive factors for this project were our individually developed concepts, our decades of experience, and the heavy-duty, robust design of our machines. We sincerely thank our customer for their trust and look forward to implementing this project.

Following the delivery and successful commissioning of the first MS sawmill line in Algeria, we received another order in May from a medium-sized Algerian sawmill — this time for a trimming line based on our double‑shaft circular saw DNS‑200. The system will take over the entire trimming process after two existing block band saws and, with a cutting height of 200 mm, will significantly increase the mill’s overall performance. We also thank this customer for their order and look forward to a long-term partnership.

In April and May, we were also able to successfully ship additional equipment:

– a resaw line with automatic feed and centring equipment EZV as well as a powerful two-shaft multiple-blade saw HNS‑2 to the United Kingdom

– a drum chipper THK to France

– and a multiple-blade circular saw to Chile.

We thank all our customers for their continued trust and wish them much success and satisfaction with their new MS machines.
