Based on our DBS-560 and DBS-720, we have also developed the 350-450 mm high-performance double-spindle circular saws for round timber and are exhibiting them for the first time at LIGNA 2015.<\/p>\n

The double shaft design reduces the kerf by approx. 35-40% compared to the single shaft machine. The resulting yield gain is so high that the amortisation takes place in a very short time.<\/p>\n

he robust construction of the large DBS has been retained. The different engine combinations make it very easy to adjust to the desired output. The performance can be seen in the high daily cutting capacities of 200-400 cbm. The automatic 6-fold width adjustment ensures a good utilisation of the logs! The standard turning device helps the operator to find the optimal position of the log. The stepless feed of max. 30 m\/min allows a wide range of performance.<\/p>\n
